• We make every effort to display product colours, patterns, and details accurately, but actual colours may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, and the handmade nature of our textiles.
• Product dimensions (e.g. 70 × 140 cm) are approximate and may vary within normal manufacturing tolerances.
• All products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities or discontinue any item at any time.

3. Pricing & payment

• All prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If an item's correct price is higher than listed, we'll contact you before processing and you may confirm or cancel.
• We accept [Paymob (cards & wallets), Fawry, Cash on Delivery]. Payment must be received (or COD confirmed) before dispatch.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues. Paid amounts for cancelled orders are refunded.

4. Orders

• An order confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order; it does not guarantee acceptance. A contract is formed only when we dispatch the item.
• We may cancel an order before dispatch and refund any payment made.

5. Shipping & delivery

Delivery times, areas, and fees are described in our Delivery Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Returns & refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Promotions & discount codes

• Discount codes are valid for a limited time, can't be combined unless stated, have no cash value, and may be withdrawn at any time.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders that misuse promotions.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including the Shine name, logo, designs, product imagery, text, and graphics — is owned by or licensed to Shine and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without our written permission.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation or security, to introduce malicious code, or to attempt unauthorised access to our systems or data.

10. Accounts

If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shine is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Egyptian law.

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The version posted on the Site at the time of your order applies to that order. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Cairo, Egypt].
